Strawberry Cheesecake Crescent Rolls

For this recipe you will need 8 ounces of cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. of sugar, 3/4 cups of vanilla extract, 1 cup of diced strawberries, a tube of crescent rolls, and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. To start of mix together the cream cheese, sugar, 1/2 cup of strawberries, and the vanilla extract. After you mix that together lay a spoon full of the mix on a crescent triangle and roll it up. Now do that to the rest of the crescents and then put them in the oven for 13 minutes at 350 degrees. While that is in the oven take a 1/2 cup of diced strawberries and put them in a cup or bowl. Crush the strawberries but not too much. Only to where it is a little chunky and then add the 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and mix it together. Once the crescents are done you can use this mix to glaze over the top and then add a sprinkle of powdered sugar to top it off. Now your strawberry cheesecake crescents are finished! Enjoy!

Cream Cheese-Filled Banana Muffins

For this recipe you will need 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of light brown sugar, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of butter, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 2 bananas, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 cup of baking powder, 1 cup and 3 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour, and 4 ounces of cream cheese. To start off mix one egg, brown sugar, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. After that is mixed together add the two bananas and smash them into the mix. Once the bananas are mixed in add the baking soda, baking powder, and 1 cup of flour. Now start on the second mixture by adding cream cheese, one egg, 1/4 granulated sugar, and 3 Tbsp. of flour. Get a cupcake pan and put cupcake cups in the slots. Now in each slot put the first mixture on the bottom, the second mixture in the middle, and then the first mixture back on top. After you fill the whole pan bake it at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Take them out when they are done and let them cool. Now they're ready to eat.

Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Bars
Creamy and rich, these triple chocolate cheesecake bars are such an eye-candy and are bound to satisfy your sweet tooth!
For the making of the crust you will need 9oz (250gr) chocolate Oreo cookies and 5 tablespoons (70gr) unsalted butter, melted. Now for the filling you will need 8oz (225gr) cream cheese, softened, ¼ cup (65gr) plain Greek yogurt, at room temperature, 1/3 cup (65gr) sugar, 1 large egg, at room temperature, 2 tablespoons (15gr) all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 4oz (115gr) bitter- or semi-sweet chocolate, and 4oz (115gr) white chocolate. To start off you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 inch square baking pan with a foil, leaving 2 sides hanging over the edges. In a food processor, pulse oreo cookies until fine crumbs. Then in a medium bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press the crumb mixture in the bottom of the prepared cooking pan. In another mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and sugar until smooth and creamy for about 2 minutes. Add the egg, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Now mix until it's all combined. In separate bowls melt the dark and white chocolates until smooth. Proud about 2/3 of the cream cheese mixtures into the melted dark chocolate. With the rest of the cream cheese mixture mix it with the white chocolate. Spoon both mixtures in an alternating pattern into the cookie crust in the baking pan. Bake the cheesecake until it's set on the edges and slightly wobbly in the center for about 23-25 minutes. Cool to room temperature then out in refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Banana S'more Bites

For this recipe you will need graham crackers, a banana, chocolate chips, and marshmallow fluff. To start off get a zip lock bag and put the graham crackers in it and rush them into crumbs. Then cut the banana into slices. Now melt the chocolate chips. Once melted dip the banana into the chocolate and lay them on a pan that has wax paper on it. Sprinkle the crumbs of graham cracker on top of the banana after you get done dipping them in chocolate. After that let them freeze for about 15 minutes. Now take one banana slice and put the marshmallow fluff on the bottom of the slice and put another slice on top of it to complete your s'more. All there is left to do is sit back and eat it. Enjoy your banana s'mores!

Chocolate Carmel Pretzel Pinwheels

For this recipe you will need 3 cups of pretzels, 2 cups of rice crispy cereal, 10 ounces of marshmallows, 1/4 cup o butter, caramel, and chocolate chips. To start off put all of the pretzels in a bag and smash them. Then pour the rice crispy's in a bowl along with the pretzels. After that get another bowl and put the marshmallows and butter in. Microwave this for 1 minute and 30 seconds stirring halfway. Once its melted you can pour it into the bowl of pretzels and cereal. Stir it all together. Now get a jelly roll pan and lay wax paper over the bottom of it. Spray the wax paper with pam. Next lay the mix on top of the wax paper and flatten it down to where it covers the bottom of the pan. After that get the caramel and spread it over the top of the mix and then do the same to the chocolate chips. Next you bake it at 300 degrees for only 2  minutes. Once you take it out spread the melted chocolate all over the top. Now grab the wax paper and try to roll it up moving the wax paper as you go so it doesn't get stuck on the inside. Then wrap it in saran wrap and let it chill for 2-3 hours. Now you can unwrap it and cut it into slices.

Acai Meringue Cookies

For this recipe you will need 3 egg whites (room temperature), juice for 1/2 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp. acai syrup (you can replace it with any berry syrup), 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 1/2 cup Acai puree (you can use any sort of berry puree). To start off you will need to boil the 1/2 cup of sugar, the water, and the acai puree. Once its started to boil you can add the lemon juice. After that blend the egg whites and then add the salt and the lemon juice. Now slowly blend it while adding the 3/4 cups of sugar. Blend it together until it is thick and creamy. Next you lay equal amounts down on a cookie sheet. After that you put a few drops of the mix from earlier on top of each cookie and swish through it with a toothpick to spread out the mix. Now bake it at 225 degrees for 90 minutes. And now you have made yourself an acai meringue cookie.

Chocolate-Covered Mini Olive Oil Cakes 

For this recipe you will need 2 cups of flour, 1/2 Tsp of baking powder, 1/2 Tsp of salt, 1/2 Tbsp of rosemary, 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1 1/2 Tbsp of orange zest, 2 Tbsp of milk, and 1 small bowl of melted chocolate. To start off mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and rosemary in a bowl. Once that's done you can set that a side and start on the next mixture. The next mixture includes the sugar, eggs, olive oil, orange juice, orange zest, and milk. Now blend it all together. Then slowly pour in the flour mixture as you continue to blend it. After that spray a cupcake pan with pam and start filling it up with the mixture. Bake it at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Now that that's done we can get to the chocolate. Lay the cakes in the chocolate and coat them. After coating them set them a side and you can even cover an orange peel swirl in sugar and set it on top for a little decoration. To finish it off let them chill in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes. Now they're ready to meet your taste buds!

Cinnamon and Sugar Cheesecake Bars

For this recipe you will need 16 oz of cream cheese, 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 egg, 1 Tsp of vanilla, 2 tubes of cressants, 1/2 cups of sugar, and 2 Tbsp of cinnamon. To start of blend the cream cheese alone in a mixing bowl. Then add the 1/2 cup of sugar, egg, and the vanilla and blend that all together. Once that's blended lay the cressant rolls flat down and pinch and flatten the triangles together. After that mix the cinnamon and the cup of sugar together. Now cover the bottom of a glass greased pan with the cinnamon and sugar mix. Next lay only one of the tubes of cressants down on the pan. After that you can add the mix we made earlier on top and then lay the second tube on top of the mix. To top it off sprinkle more of the cinnamon and sugar on the top layer. Finally bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Blueberry Cake

For this recipe you will need 1 cup + 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour (you will also need extra for dusting the pan), 1 cup of sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg (freshly grated), 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 stick of butter unsalted and softened, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 cups of fresh blueberries, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and powdered sugar for dusting. To start off butter a 9 inch springform pan then shake in a few tablespoons of flour. Rotate the pan all around until the flour has coated the bottom and signs of the pan. You can add more flour if you need to. Once the pan is coated with flour, tap the pan over a trash can to remove any excess. In a bowel, add the baking powder, salt, and one cup of flour. Whisk to combine. Add the butter to your stand mixer's bowel. Install the paddle attachment and beat the butter for a couple minutes on medium high speed. Add the sugar and vanilla into the bowel. Continue beating for an additional two minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating the mixture after each one has been added. With your stand mixer on low, slowly add in the flour mixture until it is all incorporated and the cake batter is smooth. Scope the cake batter into the springform pan. Using a spatula, smooth out the cake batter so that the batter goes to the edges and is even across the entire pan. Toss out any blueberries that are mushed, or look bad. Remove any stems from the remaining blueberries. Then place those blueberries in a strainer and rinse them under cold water. Once they have been rinsed, pat them dry with paper towels. Add the blueberries to a medium-sized bowl and then add in the lemon juice. Gently mix together so as to not crush any of the blueberries. Gently mix in a tablespoon of flour to coat the blueberries. The flour should help keep the blueberries from sinking down into the cake. Lastly, gently stir in the freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon. Spoon the blueberries over the cake batter evenly. Bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour at 350ºF or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blueberry cake comes out clean. Allow the blueberry cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing the cake from the springform pan. Dust the blueberry cake with powdered sugar. When serving you could add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side of the plate.

Carmelita Bars

For this recipe you will need 2 cups of quick oats, 1 3/4 of flour, 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, 1 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1 cup of butter, chocolate chips, 50 unwrapped soft caramels, and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. First, you need to mix together the oats, flour brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and melted butter. After it's all mixed together get a 13 by 9 glass pan. Lay a layer of wax paper on the bottom of the pan and spray it with pam. Next spread only half of the mix on the pan. Then put a layer of chocolate chips on top of the mix. Now you melt the caramels in a sauce pan along with the heavy cream. Once the caramel is melted pour it over the chocolate chips. Now you can pour the rest of the mix on top of everything. To finish it off you can put more chocolate chips on it. Finally, bake it at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Blueberry Croissant Breakfast Bake

For this recipe you will need a 8 oz of cream cheese, 2/3 cups of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tube of croissant rolls, and 3/4 cups of blueberries. To start off you will need to get a mixing bowl and add the cream cheese, sugar, and the vanilla and just blend that all together. After blending it you will need to add the eggs and then blend it again. While blending pour the milk in. Then you can let this refrigerate while you get the rolls ready. To get them ready you will need to open the tube and separate the triangles by the lines. Then you need to roll them up starting on the bigger side. Next you need to place all of the rolls in a square shaped pan equally spaced. Once that is done you can just pour the blueberries on top of the rolls. After that you pour the mix on top of it all and then bake it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. This is a very easy and delicious breakfast recipe. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes

For this recipe you will need one box of cake mix and all the ingredients needed to make it. Then you will need cinnamon rolls like the ones in the tube and cupcake wrappers and cupcake pan. First you make the cake mix by reading the directions on the back. Then you will need to pour half of the batter into the cupcake pan. After that you bake it at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. While that is baking you get the cinnamon roles and cut them all in half. Once the cake mix has finished baking you put only half of the cinnamon role on top of one cupcake. Then you bake it again at the same temperature but for 9 minutes. After their done baking you can take them out and put cinnamon icing on top of your cupcake and then they're all finished and ready to be eaten. These are great for any occasion.

No-Bake White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecakes

For this recipe you will need 8oz. cream cheese, 1/4 butter, 1/4 sugar, 1 TBSP. vanilla, 1 cup white chocolate chips, 8 oz. whipped cream, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 melted butter, raspberry jam, raspberries, cupcake pan, and cupcake cups. To start off you need to add the cream cheese, butter, sugar, and the vanilla and blend it. Once blended melt the white chocolate chips and add them with the mix and stir it all together. After mixing it add whip cream and mix that together. Next we put that a side and start on the crust. All there is to it is adding the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter. Then you put cupcake cups in the cupcake pan and fill them half way with cream mix. Once that's done to all of them you add about 1/2 TSP of raspberry jam and then add more cream mix. On top of that you add the crust. Next you freeze it for an hour. After they're frozen you take them out of the pan and wrapper and lay them upside done. You can add whip cream on top of it and add a raspberry for tastes and looks.

One-Pot Chicken Alfredo

To make one-pot chicken alfredo you will need 2 chopped chicken breasts, 3 diced garlic gloves, 14 oz. chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 pound penne noodles, and 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan. First you will need to cook the chopped chicken breast. Once cooked add the diced garlic gloves, chicken broth, heavy cream, and uncooked penne noodles. After everything is added mix together and then reduce the heat and let it cook covered for about 15 to 20 minutes. Add the grated parmesan after it's cooked and mix it all together. You can also change the type of noodles if penne is not liked. Though you may need to change the cooking time. You can also do this with the cheese. You can either change the parmesan completely or just add more cheeses. This recipe is great for dinners,  parties, pretty much any small get together.

Snowball Cookies with Pecans
For this recipe you will need 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 cups chopped pecans 1 Tsp. vanilla, 1 cup butter, and powdered sugar. First you get a bowl and add the flour, sugar, pecans, vanilla, and butter. You may need to melt the butter just a little bit so it makes it easier to blend. After all of those ingredients are added you need to blend or mix it all together. Once blended, you need to scoop out enough to form it to look like a small snowball. You will need to do so to the rest of the mix. Then it needs to bake at 325 degrees for about 18-25 minutes. When done let them sit for a few minutes to where they're not as hot but still a little warm. After that, you drop each ball in a bowl of powdered sugar to get the affect of a real snowball. These are great for Christmas parties and Christmas gifts.
